Nutrition is essential to achieving any physical goals and my nutrition consultations will provide you with the knowledge you need to make the best choices. The consultation includes current dietary analysis by way of a 2 day diet diary. This allows me to offer alternatives to less optimal choices you are making and create a plan that is manageable for you. As well as helping to achieve your physical goals, the consultations also include advice on gender specific health, improving concentration and energy levels. Nutrition consultations can be provided in person or online.
Nutrition consultations are £45 and take one hour.
